The Redwood City Parks and Arts Foundation is
proud to bring you our 3rd annual Picnic en Blanc!
Join us for Picnic en Blanc! Imagine an evening where hundreds of friends and family come together, dressed all in white, to eat, dance, enjoy live entertainment and celebrate the unusual and unexpected. Picnic en Blanc is a nontraditional summer picnic event in a nontraditional location. It's a simple and beautiful social occasion that celebrates the joy of community!
The Redwood City Parks and Arts Foundation and Redwood City Events are excited to host the Third Annual Picnic en Blanc. Invite your friends, co-workers or family and come together as a group for a wonderful end-of-summer social event.
WHERE: It's a secret! The secret location will be revealed to ticket-holders 48 hrs prior to the event via email.
WHEN: Saturday, August 26th from 5:00pm - 9:00pm
TICKETS ARE ON SALE NOW! (This is a 21+ event.)
RECOMMENDED ATTIRE: As inspired by Dine en Blanc, a tradition that started in Paris, France, over 3 decades ago, we suggest that you wear casual all white attire. Men, don't worry, you may wear khaki if you don't own white! (Add some fun and whimsy with a splash of color in the form of a hat, scarf, jewelry etc.) (Please note that you will be seated at picnic tables with bench seating so you may need to step over the bench to take a seat at the table.)

MUSIC PROVIDED BY: The Peelers
The Peelers combine the performance energy of a live band with the versatility and sense-of-play of a DJ. It’s music without prejudice, the sounds and emotions that move us all and continue to move us through our lives. The Peelers blend the best tracks of your life stirred, shaken and served up like an iTunes playlist stuck on “Shuffle” so you never have a chance to leave the dance floor.
PICNIC OPTIONS: Bring your own picnic or purchase platters when ordering your tickets. Whole Foods has put together a variety of platters for groups of four or sandwich options for two.
