The Kindness Ambassador Program is managed as a collaboration between the City of Redwood City's Parks, Recreation and Community Services Department and the Redwood City Parks and Arts Foundation.  

 

THE KINDNESS AMBASSADOR ROLE

• Make play accessible for everyone

• Commit to building a more inclusive community

• Assist the City of Redwood City in safely managing the playground

THE KINDNESS AMBASSADOR VOLUNTEER COMMITMENT

• Volunteer for a minimum commitment of 4 hours per month

 

ELIGIBILITY 

• Adults age 18 + are welcome

• Also, youth age 11+, accompanied by an adult, are welcome to participate in the Team Kindness Ambassador Program

• Complete an Interest Form, Orientation and Volunteer Agreement

• Submit to DOJ Livescan fingerprinting
