NEW! Music on the Square
Beer & Wine Sales
NEW this year! Volunteer at the beer and wine sales booth during the Music on the Square free Friday night live music concerts on Courthouse Square. During the shift, volunteers will also take a short break from serving to join the Bucket Brigade. Volunteer positions are available for ages 21+. Serve with a friend, small group or team from work.​
Chalk Full of Fun
There are a myriad of ways to support the chalk festival, from helping to set up the day before, sorting art supplies, staffing the artist check-in, supporting artists, etc. This takes place in the heart of downtown on and around Courthouse Square. Serve with a friend, small group or team from work. Volunteer positions are available for ages 12+.
Family Campout returning 2027
Volunteering at Family Campout comes with perks! Volunteers are provided with complimentary admission. Volunteer opportunities range from organizing tasks before the event, to food prep and food service during the event. It's a great way to make new friends and participate in this fun camping event. Volunteer positions are available for ages 12+.
Oktoberfest
Oktoberfest takes place over a period of days under the big tent on Courthouse Square. Volunteers welcome attendees, serve beer, and food. Volunteers will rotate "breaks" so that each has the opportunity to experience some German food, beverages and music. Many volunteers are needed, so it's a fun opportunity for groups. Volunteer must be age 21+.

Bucket Brigade
The Bucket Brigade is a cadre of volunteers who attend the popular Friday night concerts on Courthouse Square to collect donations from concert-goers so that this live music event will continue to be enjoyed by all. The concerts remain free to all due to the generosity of the community.
Pub in the Park
If you enjoy visiting one of the City's parks on Saturday, eating food truck fare, and listening to live music, then you'll enjoy volunteering at Pub in the Park. Volunteers spend a shift serving locally brewed beers. Volunteer positions are available for ages 21+. Pub in the Park occurs once a month, June through September.

Picnic en Blanc
Picnic en Blanc volunteers have the opportunity to be involved in planning the event, or helping make sure the event runs smoothly. Volunteers receive free admission to the annual pop-up picnic and dance party. Volunteer positions are available for ages 21+.

Dia de los Muertos
Dia de los Muertos takes place downtown Redwood City. It is hosted by Casa Circulo Cultural. The Foundation hosts a community chalk art and craft activity. Volunteers of all ages are needed to support the activities.
