Building a Healthy, Happier Community

The Redwood City Parks and Arts Foundation's mission is to advocate, advance, and develop support for parks, recreational programming, community services, cultural activities, and the arts in Redwood City and surrounding unincorporated areas.

The Magical Bridge Playground at Red Morton Park is opening Tuesday, December 1st. We look forward to seeing you all there!

Kindness Ambassadors are needed to volunteer at the playground. Learn more about being a Kindness Ambassador!

Donate to the Fair Oaks Community Center Covid-19 Housing

and Food Relief Fund

In part, the Foundation’s mission is to promote and develop support for community services for Redwood City. Help us raise $50,000 for the Fair Oaks Community Center by Labor Day, September 7, 2020, to help our neighbors impacted most by the coronavirus pandemic. Your donation will provide direct relief in the form of rental assistance or food support to our neighbors who will need ongoing assistance as they deal with the economic aftershocks of COVID-19. The Foundation is contributing $10,000 to launch this effort. We appreciate any amount you can donate!

Local artist Elizabeth Gomez has designed a beautiful mosaic mural including native California flora and fauna that will adorn the walls of the Magical Bridge Playground-Redwood City.

We invite you to host a private workshop for p to 15 family, friends or co-workers for $1000 to create a mosaic element that will be included in the mural. Click below to learn more or sign up!
