The Foundation's inaugural Picnic en Blanc was held on top of the Marshall Street Garage in downtown Redwood City. The vistas from that location were fantastic! Spags Electric Violinist & DJ provided musical entertainment during dinner and Sinister Dexter, a local 10-piece funk horn band, played after dinner during the dance party.

 

The fundraiser made over $8,000 to support after-school programs provided by the Parks, Recreation and Community Services Department in Redwood City.
